In order to record a Violation, you must be logged in through the Field Agent App. The Manager App will only allow you to view violations.
Upon login to your account, select Field Agent and record the violation there.
If you are already logged into Manager, you'll need to go into the Field Agent App. To switch from Manager to Field Agent,
- Select Field Agent (located below Reports) OR
- Select Account at the bottom of the left side menu, then select Field Agent from your user account dashboard.
From there, record the violation.
To return to the Manager App, select Account and choose Manager from the options.
