Note that only Manager or Admin users on the account can assign a Smart Decal through the Smart Map.

Step 1: Sign in to your account via my.parkingboss.com

Step 2: Click the Smart Map option

You will need to scroll in further to view the spaces clearly and be able to click on them properly.

Step 3: Click on the space number you wish to assign the Smart Decal to

You will see the space details on the right side.

Step 4: Click the Assign Smart Decal option

You will see that the space number automatically populates in the space field. Fill in the rest of the fields. The decal number, unit number, vehicle, and resident info.

Step 5: Click Assign Smart Decal at the bottom to save and activate

You will see that the space on the map is now red indicating that a vehicle is now attached it to.
