If you are a resident of a community utilizing Parking Boss, you do not have account access and there is not currently an account access feature. If you are a resident and you have forgotten your Passcode you will need to reach out to the community's management for your Passcode.

Question: How do I add users to my Parking Boss Account?

As a security precaution, Parking Boss does not add users to your account without a written request from you. Here's an easy way for you to give a community teammate or patrol/tow enforcement partners access: 

 BEST PRACTICE: Assign patrol/tow enforcement Field Agent access. 

  1. Select Team from the left hand side menu when you are logged into your Parking Boss account.
  2. Now you will see 2 options - Manager and Field Agent - Select Manager or Field Agent depending on the type of user you are adding to your account.  
  3. For this example I am adding a Field Agent so, from the right had side menu select add Field Agent.
  4. Enter the email address of the person you would like to create access for - this will send them an email that allows them to select a password and move forward.
